1. Our Shilajit resin is natural, with no added fillers or syrups. Unlike products diluted with water or other substances, our Shilajit has a higher natural texture and consistency. (This is not a quality issue, but a sign that the product is pure, concentrated, and highly effective).

2. Shilajit's texture may change with temperature. It becomes soft and sticky in warmth and hardens in cold. If it seems dry, simply place the container in a warm area for 20 minutes to soften it. Store your Shilajit resin in a dry, dark place at room temperature (25°C/77°F).

3. Natural Shilajit has a mild tar-like smell and a slightly bitter taste. If you're not accustomed to its taste, we suggest dissolving it in hot milk or coffee.
